## Career Opportunity: IT Technical Support Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an IT Technical Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of hardware, software, network infrastructure, and various IT tools deployed across our project sites.
Core Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for IT hardware and software.
* Manage and repair radio communication systems and related hardware.
* Support network infrastructure including LAN/WAN and FTP systems.
* Ensure the reliability of all IT tools essential for daily project operations.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Information Technology.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in an IT Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Radio/HT communication role.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities with a service-oriented mindset, high integrity, and the capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in the installation and maintenance of hardware, software, Radio HT, and network systems.
