## About the Role: Production Operator
PT Hokkan Indonesia is hiring for an additional production group consisting of 12 open positions for Production Operators. This role is crucial for maintaining the seamless operation of the company's advanced manufacturing lines, which specialize in PET plastic bottle production and cutting-edge aseptic (sterilization) beverage filling services.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, your daily duties will be dynamic and essential to the plant's output. Your core tasks include:
* Operating specialized production machinery, encompassing packaging, mixing, blowing, and filling systems.
* Preparing raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) to ensure uninterrupted production cycles.
* Monitoring ongoing manufacturing processes to guarantee optimal efficiency and product quality.
* Performing routine maintenance and upkeep on production equipment to prevent downtime.
* Compiling and submitting accurate production reports at the end of each work shift.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria set by the management team:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as an operator within the beverage manufacturing sector.
