## Management Trainee Program Qualifications
We are seeking disciplined, highly motivated, and academically accomplished candidates to help shape the future of our mining operations. To be considered for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4).
* Age Limit: Maximum 24 years old for S1 candidates, or 27 years old for S2 candidates.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 from an accredited study program with at least a 'B' rating.
