## 1. Workshop Head (Kepala Bengkel)
As the Workshop Head, you will lead our maintenance operations, ensuring that all company vehicles and heavy equipment operate at peak performance and reliability.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing a workshop or maintenance facility.
