* Age Range: 20 to 24 years old
* Height Requirement: Minimum 155 cm
* Educational Background: High School Graduate (SMA / SMK or equivalent)
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience within a manufacturing or fabrication company is strongly preferred.
## Technical Competencies and Soft Skills
