Job Description and Core Responsibilities
As an Officer Commercial Project, you will serve as a vital link between client needs and operational execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:
* Providing expert consultation based on client specifications, with a specialized focus on overweight, oversize, and heavy equipment shipments.
* Evaluating cargo and client requirements, drafting competitive quotations, and ensuring seamless order creation within the system.
* Driving revenue growth while nurturing strong, lasting relationships with both current and prospective clients.
* Tracking, monitoring, and expediting shipments throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, delivering proactive project updates to stakeholders.
* Bridging communication between clients and internal divisions, including Operations and Finance.
* Overseeing cargo readiness, mandatory documentation, shipping schedules, and auxiliary requirements.
* Managing customer feedback, resolving complaints, and coordinating claims resolution with appropriate departments.
