## Available Internship Opportunities
We are seeking talented, motivated individuals to join our professional teams across various disciplines. Below are the primary internship openings currently available:
1. Public Relations
Responsibilities: Assisting in the monthly production of Enermia* Magazine, supporting stakeholder engagement meetings, and providing operational support for company events.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication Science.
2. Sociology
* Responsibilities: Participating in Sustainability, Social, and Environmental work units; planning community economic development; conducting social mapping and monitoring; analyzing Social Return on Investment (SROI); measuring community satisfaction indices; and preparing periodic reports.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Sociology.
3. Budgeting and Accounting
* Responsibilities: Assisting in financial operations with a focus on tax administration.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D1) to Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
4. Forest Management and Watershed Rehabilitation
* Responsibilities: Performing technical analysis on soil moisture in reclaimed land, land cover changes, land subsidence, and soil permeability.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Soil Science or Agriculture.
5. Technical and Heavy Equipment Maintenance
* Responsibilities:
* Mechanical Tasks: Handling heavy equipment maintenance, including preventive, predictive, and corrective servicing; troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues; and executing overhaul programs.
* Welding and Machining: Utilizing lathes, drilling, milling, and line-boring machines to support equipment reliability.
* Planning: Coordinating maintenance schedules, managing material requirements, analyzing equipment history, and designing modifications to improve performance.
* Qualifications: High School (SMA/SMK) through Bachelor’s degree (S1). Relevant majors include Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Welding Technology, and Industrial Machine Operation.
6. Mining Operations (PIT Banko Tengah A)
* Responsibilities: Gaining hands-on experience in coal mining activities, understanding specific mining methodologies, and learning the technical calculations for heavy equipment productivity.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
