1. Management Trainee (External)
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive preparation to step into leadership roles within our fast-paced restaurant operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain operational excellence across food preparation, customer service, sanitation, safety, and security standards.
* Manage shift-based financial operations and reconcile accounts accurately at the end of each shift.
* Supervise and actively participate in day-to-day team member activities.
* Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
* Monitor and evaluate team workflows to guarantee uncompromised food quality and service standards.
* Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and sales data to identify and cultivate new business growth opportunities.
* Foster strong relationships with customers and corporate partners while safeguarding company assets and inventory levels.
* Commit to working flexible shift schedules.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is strongly preferred.
* Computer literate with strong administrative skills.

2. Payroll Staff
The Payroll Staff member ensures the accurate and timely administration of compensation and benefits for our growing workforce.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Verify all compensation-related data and execute accurate payroll calculations.
* Manage the entire administration process for national social security (BPJS).
* Update salary adjustments in accordance with employee promotion or position changes.
* Maintain meticulous records of attendance data and collective supporting documents to ensure timely salary disbursements.
* Manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with high accuracy.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in payroll management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Thorough understanding of BPJS Employment and Health regulations.
* Possess strong communication, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail.

3. Warehouse Supervisor (Kepala Gudang)
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees inventory management, logistics coordination, and facility maintenance to support seamless restaurant supply chains.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the proper storage and handling of goods received from authorized distributors.
* Inspect incoming inventory and promptly report any damaged or defective items.
* Maintain optimal stock conditions and cleanliness standards within the facility.
* Delegate daily tasks and manage the performance of warehouse staff.
* Document and physically monitor all inventory inflows and outflows.
* Assume full responsibility for warehouse organization and safety.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum High School (SLTA/SMK) or equivalent education.
* At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
* Certified physically and mentally fit.
* Demonstrate honesty, responsibility, and high precision.
