We are currently seeking a talented and driven professional to bridge communication gaps and manage vital administrative functions within our organization.
Job Description
The selected candidate will handle a diverse portfolio combining advanced linguistic duties with comprehensive Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA) responsibilities:
* Interpretation & Translation: Deliver accurate consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for internal meetings, management reviews, training sessions, audits, guest visits, and daily interactions between local staff and Japanese expatriates. Translate written documents—such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), employment contracts, technical reports, official letters, emails, and presentation decks—with precision and strict adherence to deadlines.
* Meeting Management: Document and compile comprehensive meeting minutes in Indonesian and/or Japanese for critical gatherings, including management briefings, cross-functional alignment sessions, and performance reviews.
* Operational Accompanying: Support management and Japanese expatriates during plant floor observations and operational briefings, ensuring seamless communication.
* Administrative Support: Deliver auxiliary administrative assistance, including the preparation of weekly and monthly reports, meeting scheduling, and data compilation.
* Team Supervision: Oversee and manage drivers and security personnel, including shift scheduling, task coordination, and performance evaluations to guarantee smooth operations and facility security.
* Vehicle Fleet Management: Handle maintenance scheduling, usage oversight, and administrative tracking for company operational vehicles to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with internal policies.
* Expatriate Compliance: Manage expatriate licensing requirements, including visas, work permits, and legal documentation, ensuring full adherence to current regulatory frameworks.
* Infrastructure & Industrial Relations: Supervise company infrastructure maintenance and assist with Industrial Relations tasks.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Japanese Literature, Law, Management, or an equivalent field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Experience: Preference will be given to candidates possessing at least one year of relevant professional experience.
* Language Proficiency:
* Hold a minimum JLPT N3 certification.
* Fluent in both spoken and written English and Japanese.
* Core Competencies:
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
* Familiarity with Foreign Worker (TKA) permit procedures and legal corporate documentation.
* Additional Qualifications: Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and the proven ability to drive a four-wheeled vehicle.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary Range: IDR 7,600,000 – IDR 10,000,000 per month
