## Current Opening: Logistics Staff
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Staff member to join our Head Office. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our supply chain operates with maximum efficiency and that our products reach their destinations reliably.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily delivery operations and managing fleet performance. Key duties include:
* Fleet Coordination: Actively monitoring and coordinating with drivers to ensure all deliveries strictly follow the pre-determined schedules and optimized routes.
* Operational Oversight: Tracking driver progress and activities in real-time throughout the entire delivery process.
* Issue Resolution: Serving as the primary point of contact for addressing logistics challenges, managing transit delays, and adjusting delivery plans as necessary.
* Documentation Management: Ensuring all transit documents and performance reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
* Compliance Maintenance: Enforcing company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations to ensure driver adherence.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate a strong background in supply chain and logistics management:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant field such as Logistics, Transportation, or Fleet Management.
* Professional Experience: Proven experience in driver monitoring, transport planning, and effective route optimization.
* Vendor Relations: Demonstrated experience in vendor management and coordinating with third-party logistics providers.
* Essential Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates with a strong track record in vendor negotiations will be given priority.
* Operational Mindset: Must be highly meticulous, assertive, responsive, and capable of performing under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.
