Key Requirements
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in Nutrition.
* Certification: Possession of an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) is considered a significant advantage.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience serving as a Coordinator, Head of Nutrition, Head of Nutrition Installation, or Operational Supervisor within the F&B sector.
* Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge in operational management, food cost control, inventory management, and budget planning.
* Compliance: Comprehensive understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
* Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead effectively and manage cross-functional teams.
