Core Management Trainee Streams

## General Requirements for All Applicants
To ensure our future leaders possess the necessary foundational knowledge and adaptability for our remote operational environment, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in relevant fields such as Agriculture, Agronomy, Forestry, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering (depending on the specific stream).
* Academic Excellence: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Age and Status: Must be no older than 28 years of age and currently single.
* Physical and Mental Fitness: Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Flexibility and Commitment: A willingness to be deployed to any of our remote operational sites, including plantations and mills, and a commitment to completing the mandatory service bond period.
