Key Responsibilities
As a General Affair Supervisor, you will act as a pivotal pillar in maintaining our operational infrastructure. Your day-to-day duties will include:
1. Facility Acquisition and Development: Sourcing, securing, and overseeing the renovation processes for new branch offices.
2. Architectural Oversight: Measuring and supervising structural building developments to meet company standards.
3. Inventory and Equipment Management: Ensuring all branch offices are fully equipped with necessary operational supplies.
4. Asset Maintenance: Directing the routine upkeep, repair, and preservation of all branch office assets.
5. Stakeholder Relations: Managing administrative and operational permits, acting as the primary liaison with building owners and external authorities.
6. Field Operations: Demonstrating high mobility and readiness for frequent official travel across assigned regional territories.
