## Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S-1).
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates (maximum of one year from graduation date, as per academic certificate or graduation letter).
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Indonesian (spoken and written).
