* Educational Background: Final-semester students or recent graduates (D3/Bachelor’s Degree) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Information Systems, Technology, Building Engineering, or other closely related disciplines.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old as of December 31, 2026.

* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at project sites or offices across Indonesia.
