Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this professional development program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Mobility: Must be willing to work primarily in the field, conducting regular visits to rubber farming sites.
* Work Ethic: Demonstrate high levels of discipline, initiative, and enthusiasm in all professional tasks.
* Soft Skills: Possess strong leadership potential, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Commitment: Willing to undergo a comprehensive six-month on-the-job training program and honor a two-year service bond.
* Geographic Flexibility: Willing to be stationed at any of our manufacturing plants located across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
